HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Request a repair:

Send a photo of the damaged device and a short description of what happened, or call us.


2. We come and pick up the device:

Free call-out in Riga and the Riga region.

3. Free diagnostics:

Within 3 business days you will receive a detailed repair description with photos and a price quote.

4. Your decision:

If you agree, we carry out the repair. If you do not agree to the repair, we will return it to you for free.

5. Repair:

We complete the repair within 1–5 business days. If the delivery of the spare part takes longer, the total repair turnaround time may be extended.

6. We deliver it back:

Return delivery — free of charge.


7. Warranty:

We provide a warranty for every repair.
